  1. Chris Christie’s cuts will cost our educational system $820 Million. His solution for the state’s economic problems is to relieve the rich from paying high taxes and cutting budgets for the working class. Apparently, the working class is living such a frivolous lifestyle with the madd amount of money they already make. With our demon teachers and unions. 
Today, April 17, Christie was scheduled to give a presentation about the environment at Rutgers Law School in Newark. Students, Teachers, Workers and others who opposed his cutbacks circled the school with signs in protest. After half an hour of honking cars and shouts of protest, we heard word from the head of NJEA that he wasn’t coming. We’re taking that as a success on our part. However, it’s still not over. 
School budget votes are scheduled for April 20. Who knows what will happen.
